As psychotherapy is a collaborative relationship, my priority is to cultivate a safe environment that promotes self-reflection and change. I have an interactive style, drawing from different theoretical orientations and interventions to meet the unique needs of my clients. I am a certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with a focus in attachment focused EMDR, I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Prior to scheduling our first session, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, provide information about my working style, and determine the session fee. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Longer sessions are available when necessary.
